JODRELL BANK's

CENTRE FOR ENGAGEMENT

Free visit for all in-person participants on the Monday afternoon.

In-person participants will get the opportunity to visit the Jodrell Bank Centre for Engagement's brand new First Light Pavilion which has just opened to the public. The stunning new building is at the heart of a £21.5m project to open up the inspirational heritage of Jodrell Bank to even more people. People will be able to see the brand new gallery, exhibition and space dome. The exhibition is based on panels of the original Lovell Telescope surface from 1957 and uses immersive ‘gaming’ technology and interactivity in a way that ensures that the exhibition is never the same twice.
