For the poster sessions we will use Gather.town which is a 2D world which will enable you to walk round the posters by moving your avatar with your keyboard arrow keys.  The posters will be pre-loaded and organised into rooms by theme.  You will be able to interact with the posters by walking up to them and pressing the ‘x’ key which will give you a full screen image.  While viewing the poster, you will be able to interact with others viewing the poster including the presenter, if they are present, by video and audio.

We ask that you supply your poster in the following format:

• .png or .jpg format are the only file types that may be used.
• Minimum width is 1000px (26.46cm).
• Minimum height is 600px (15.88cm).
• Maximum file size is 5MB.
• No transparent background.

In addition, if you can provide a thumbnail, this will allow others to see your poster as they walk by.

• .png or .jpg format 
• A copy of the main poster document that has been made smaller.
• Recommended width is half of the Poster.
• Recommended height is half of the Poster

Sizes can be edited in a slideshow editor such as Powerpoint or Keynote.

Please note that posters will also be available to view via a poster galley on the events platform.

All posters should be submitted by 11th March 2021.
